We are excited to invite you to our authentic Italian cooking class, held by the Executive chef of a traditional Roman restaurant just downstairs at our street. The restaurant is rated Kosher Besari by bait-din Rabbanut Roma. (Option for Halavi as well upon group request)
The participants will experience a 4 hours course, getting to know the local seasonal agricultural ingredients and gastronomic delights, enjoying a personal local market display. The participants will use those ingredients making traditional antipasti , pasta, lasagna, main dishes and fabulous desserts, unveiling the gastronomic secrets of the Italian cuisine. The menu changes each day according to the fresh ingredients available.
* We eat what we cook, so come on an empty stomach and prepare to eat a lot and drink a lot, experiencing Italy to the fullest in aperitivo atmosphere.
Corses are held in Hebrew and English, minimum 6 participants for a group. Children of 4 years and up are most welcome. |
